- Session times are:
– 9am – 12pm
– 12.30pm – 3.30pm - You will need to bring with you a towel, bottle of water, shoes with laces to wear in the water and a swimming costume
- If a session is cancelled due to weather then your booking will be rescheduled for next available session
- You will be wearing a buoyancy aid for all water activities but you will need to be confident in the water
