St Nicholas Priory is one of Exeter’s hidden treasures. The building is now interpreted as an Elizabethan town house, and its earliest portions display early Norman architecture from 1087 rarely seen in the county.

St Nicholas Priory is a grade 1* listed building. The ground floor is wheelchair-accessible. Please make sure you follow our stewards’ advice on health and safety, as well as Covid-19 guidelines.
