Terms and Conditions:
- Each ticket is valid for one person. Please purchase multiple tickets based on the number of guests attending.
- Menu includes: your choice of a freshly baked pastry or muffin and one main dish, all served with tea & coffee., along with access to Sky Garden.
- Your meal will be served at the starting time stated on your ticket for a duration of one hour.
- Fast-track access to the Gardens is valid for one hour after your meal and must be used on the same day, directly following your meal.
- Dietary requirements and special requests must be emailed to DMNenquiries@rhubarb.co.ukahead of your visit.
- Children under 18 are not allowed in Sky Garden after 6:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 pm on weekends.
- We are a cashless venue; cash payments are not accepted.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, whether occurring before, during, or after. The ticket holder agrees to release the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd, and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees from any claims arising from such causes.
- Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
- Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer, or venue. If the event is cancelled, contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event is moved or rescheduled, refund limitations may apply. It is your responsibility to verify the date and time of any rearranged event.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and security searches conducted to ensure the safety of patrons.
- Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break, but admission cannot be guaranteed.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
- Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter’s right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond their control, without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
- If this ticket is resold or transferred for profit by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight, or their authorised sub-agents, it will become void, and the holder may be refused entry or ejected.
- The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
