Accessibility:
The IFS Cloud Cable Car is fully accessible for wheelchair-users and families. The Cable Car is accessible via two customer lifts and can be slowed/stopped to allow comfortable entry.
The London Cable Car Experience is also fully accessible, with a customer lift and accessible toilet facilities.

- Round-trip discount varies subject to booking date as follows:
- 1-3 days in advance: -17% (off peak only)
- 3-5 days in advance: -20% (off peak), -5% (peak)
- 5-6 days in advance: -25% (off peak), -10% (peak)
- 7 days or more in advance: -30% (off peak), -15% (peak)
- Peak and off-peak discounts vary.
- Maximum 30% discount only available for off-peak round trips when you book seven days in advance.
- Off-peak periods are weekdays that aren’t school holidays or bank holidays.
