The D-Day Story is the only UK museum dedicated to telling the story of 6th June 1944 through exhibits interactives and video from the perspective of those who were there. Divided into three distinct parts the museum includes access onboard the enormous 59 metre LCT 7074 which carried ten tanks to Normandy on D-Day, inside the museum you will find out about the D-Day Landings and experience the impressive 83 metre Overlord Embroidery.
